New2view.ca blog is a collection of my personal views and experiences, along with some others I respect. It isn’t self promotion, my faults are admitted along with any accomplishments! I truly hope you will agree it is a humble attempt to share some lessons of life and more importantly, hope for the future!

Of course its a given there will always be critical people who will judge sincere posts adversely, that’s a given for any blog.

Synopsis of Life Experiences: 

5 years Navy (RCN) sailor, plus 3 years BC Ferries crewman,

12 year Real Estate Salesman, Appraiser (former member RIBC real estate institute of BC, and FRI Fellow of the Real Estate Institute of Canada),

Victoria Real Estate Agent-owner, and investor/handyman of multiple properties.

10 year Small business owner/operator in Victoria B.C,

Private pilot and airplane owner, with 600+ hours of accident free flight time. (Many flying experiences recounted on my blog.)

3 year Corps of Commissionaire member having multiple interesting security assignments also described on my blog.

Part-time jobs in my youth, and following retirement!

Many life’s experiences are the basis for 160+ posts on this blog, written over 25 years! Almost an unintended autobiography, beginning as ‘catharsis‘ following untimely divorce. I hope you will find them interesting and even helpful in your own life!

Time is limited to understand ourselves, and others, the question is; are we making a genuine effort to do so? Ah! But what if we had unlimited life and time…?! Is that a possibility, yes indeed it is! *
